We seek our next Business Development Analyst to partner up with our BD team to drive sales, increase productivity through analytics, and improve sales processes and strategies.
The ideal person for the role is an independent, entrepreneurial, self-driven professional who will grow the company's revenue while maintaining client relations at the highest level. Internally, this person will also collaborate with the technical teams responsible for delivering the contracts sold - and having a great time while doing all of that!
WAP Sustainability meets our customers where they need to be, making each of our sales customized. Each call we take is different from the last one. Candidates for this position must be able to perform successfully in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, service-oriented environment, keeping with WAP's values and culture.
Occasionally, the Business Development Analyst will take on speaking engagements on behalf of WAP, will travel to conferences, and participate in industry-related events. Some of the critical responsibilities of this role are:
WAP uses HubSpot for sales management. In this role, the Business Development Analyst must log all BD/sales activities, including those listed above and any others, in this system.
Compensation: Market competitive salary (negotiated based on experience) + Variable bonus up to 20% of annual base salary (based on performance).
